WorldSprings : Ecommerce Product Design
A new health and wellness concept that combines the therapeutic and social benefits of mineral springs, inspired by renowned hot springs around the world. WorldSprings opened its first location in Dallas in 2024. Genesis designed and led the development of the initial website and ecommerce platform.
The project delivered a fully custom e-commerce solution supporting a wide range of use cases, from individual guests to large families, including memberships, day passes, and multiple products and packages. The platform supported surge pricing and variable discounts for seniors, military personnel, and first responders. It also established a scalable architecture to support future expansion to additional locations. Given the complexity of the business logic, a robust UX strategy was crucial to delivering a seamless and intuitive front-end experience for guests.
