In 2011, I founded Creativ.es to rethink how creative and technical talent finds meaningful careers. I launched the platform at TechCrunch Disrupt SF, positioning it at the forefront of mobile-first recruiting. I designed Creativ.es as a real-time, mobile-optimized hiring platform for the marketing, design, and technology sectors. The product gave companies full control to create, publish, and manage job listings instantly from any device, while enabling candidates to search, share, and respond to opportunities wherever they were. Users could explore branded company profiles, receive immediate job alerts, and connect directly with hiring managers, eliminating friction on both sides of the hiring process.
From vision to execution, Creativ.es was built on my ability to identify emerging shifts at the intersection of creative and technical work, and to turn those insights into a scalable, product-led recruiting experience. Love what you do!
